Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, with at least 2 blank pages)

• Completed visa application form (online or paper)

• Recent passport-size photographs

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets, itinerary)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR)

• Employment proof (letter, leave approval, ID)

• Travel insurance covering stay (recommended)

• Cover letter stating purpose of visit

Visa Process

• Fill visa application form online via Bangladesh Visa portal or at Embassy.

• Upload/submit documents along with photographs and visa fee.

• Book appointment (if required) at Embassy/VFS.

• Submit documents + biometrics at Visa Application Centre.

• Wait for processing (typically 5–10 working days).

• Receive decision via email or Embassy notification.

• Collect passport with visa sticker if approved.
