Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, with at least 2 blank pages)

• Completed visa application form (Form V.2011A)

• Recent passport-size photographs (as per Chinese specs)

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets, itinerary)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter from host)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR)

• Employment proof (letter, leave approval, ID)

• Travel insurance covering stay (recommended)

• Previous travel history (if applicable)

Visa Process

• Fill visa application form online or download and complete manually.

• Book appointment at Chinese Embassy or Visa Application Centre (CVASC).

• Submit documents + biometrics at CVASC.

• Pay visa fee at the time of submission.

• Wait for processing (typically 4–5 working days; express service available).

• Receive decision via Embassy/CVASC notification.

• Collect passport with visa sticker if approved.
