Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 12 months validity recommended)

• Completed AVAF visa application form

• Recent passport-size photographs (as per Irish specs)

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets, itinerary)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR) showing sufficient funds (€500–800 per week of stay)

• Employment proof (letter, leave approval, ID)

• Travel insurance covering full duration

• Cover letter explaining purpose of visit

• Previous travel history (if applicable)

Visa Process

• Fill AVAF form online and print summary.

• Pay visa fee online.

• Book appointment at VFS or Embassy.

• Submit documents + biometrics at Visa Application Centre.

• Wait for processing (typically 8–10 weeks).

• Receive decision via email or Embassy.

• Collect passport with visa sticker if approved.
