Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, with at least 2 blank pages)

• Completed visa application form

• Recent passport-size photographs (as per Korean specs)

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets, itinerary)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR)

• Employment proof (letter, leave approval, ID)

• Travel insurance covering stay (recommended)

• Cover letter stating purpose of visit

• Previous travel history (if applicable)

Visa Process

• Fill visa application form and gather required documents.

• Book appointment at Korean Embassy or Visa Application Centre.

• Submit documents + biometrics at Visa Application Centre.

• Pay visa fee at the time of submission.

• Wait for processing (typically 4–14 working days).

• Receive decision via Embassy/VFS notification.

• Collect passport with visa sticker if approved.
