Document Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity, with at least 2 blank pages)

• Completed online eVisa application form

• Recent passport-size photograph (digital upload)

• Proof of travel (round-trip flight tickets, itinerary)

• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)

• Financial documents (bank statements, salary slips, ITR)

• Employment proof (letter, leave approval, ID)

• Travel insurance covering stay (recommended)

• Cover letter stating purpose of visit

Visa Process

• Visit official portal immigration.gov.vn.

• Fill online application form and upload required documents.

• Pay visa fee online (credit/debit card).

• Submit application and receive confirmation email.

• Wait for processing (typically 3–5 working days).

• Download approved eVisa (PDF format).

• Print eVisa and carry along with passport when traveling.
